Our Services
Avalanche Snow Removal offers full season contracts for snow removal in the North Lake Tahoe area (Tahoe Vista & Carnelian Bay only) from November 15th to April 1st. We use heavy equipment for driveways and parking lots only. We do not offer manual snow removal services at this time.

Our contracts are for the full season and include unlimited plowing during the season, once every 24 hours. As soon as the snow accumulates to 6” we begin plowing.

Please contact our office to receive a free quote. Our contracts vary slightly depending on driveway and location, but the service offered is the same. About Avalanche Snow Removal
Avalanche Snow Removal is owned and operated by Myles Lewis. Myles is a successful business owner, entrepreneur, and tractor & snow enthusiast. He has been operating heavy equipment and plowing snow since he was 18. Myles understands snow conditions and the most effective ways to clear any amount of snow. He has a beard, he likes to wake up early, he likes coffee, and he knows Tahoe roads. Avalanche or blizzard, Myles has you covered!
Myles has run the local CrossFit gym for over 17 years. He operates both businesses with integrity and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Being an owner/operator gives the advantage of maintaining a high standard of customer service above and beyond the typical customer encounter.

Avalanche Snow Removal is both a commercial and residential snow removal service, and due to that, uses both loaders with blades and blowers to maximize our snow clearing efforts in all weather conditions. We only offer heavy equipment services for driveways & parking lots only, we do not offer manual snow removal services at this time.

Though Avalanche Snow Removal is a new entity, the operation and business model is familiar territory. Myles has had a professional and personal relationship with B&G Snow Removal for 16+ years. He is working closely with Brad & Reeca Jurach as contracts and equipment change hands, thus ensuring a smooth transition, while maintaining high standards and quality service.
